For the Steak:

  • 1 Ribeye or Sirloin steak about 6 oz
  • Salt and black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon butter

For the Eggs:

  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and black pepper

For the Potatoes:

  • 1 medium potato chopped into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or any cooking oil
  • Salt and black pepper

For the Tomato Side:

  • 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • ½ tablespoon avocado oil
  • ¼ onion chopped
  • 1 chili pepper chopped (optional if you like spice)
  • A little fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and black pepper

For the Bacon:

  • 3 strips bacon

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Gather and measure all your ingredients before you begin cooking. This helps the process go more smoothly and keeps everything organized.

  • Cook the Steak: Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the oil. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness and how well you like it done. Sear the edges for about 1 minute. Add the butter and baste the steak by spooning the melted butter over it for 30 seconds. Remove from the pan and let it rest for at least 8–10 minutes before slicing.

  • Cook the Bacon: In the same pan or a clean one, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any extra oil.
