Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients: Gather and measure all your ingredients before you begin cooking. This helps the process go more smoothly and keeps everything organized.
Cook the Steak: Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the oil. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness and how well you like it done. Sear the edges for about 1 minute. Add the butter and baste the steak by spooning the melted butter over it for 30 seconds. Remove from the pan and let it rest for at least 8–10 minutes before slicing.
Cook the Bacon: In the same pan or a clean one, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any extra oil.
Cook the Potatoes: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Set aside when done.
Cook the Tomatoes: In the same pan, add a little oil and heat over medium. Add the onion and chili and sauté for 1–2 minutes. Then add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2–3 minutes until softened. Stir in salt, pepper, and parsley, and cook for 1 more minute to let the parsley wilt. Set aside.
Fry the Eggs: In a clean or wiped pan, cook the eggs over-easy or any style you prefer. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Put Everything Together: Slice the steak and place it on a plate. Add the crispy potatoes, tomato side, eggs, and bacon. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
Let the steak rest: After cooking, let the steak sit for a few minutes before slicing so the juices stay inside.
Cut potatoes evenly: This helps them cook at the same time and get evenly crispy.
Use fresh eggs: Fresh eggs hold their shape better when fried.
Add a little spice: If you like heat, don’t skip the chili in the tomatoes!
