Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Box Costco Bulgogi Beef
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 cup oyster mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 stalks green onion chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional, garnish

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the Mushrooms: Heat a little oil in a pan and add the oyster mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, then press them down to release their moisture. Cook for 3–4 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

  • Sauté the Onions: In the same pan, add the sliced onion. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, then cook for 3–5 minutes until softened and lightly golden. Remove and set aside with the mushrooms.

  • Cook the Bulgogi Beef: Add ½ box of Costco’s bulgogi beef to the pan along with a few cloves of minced garlic. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, until the beef is sizzling, juicy, and just cooked through.
